Two Research Grant Awards for LAMA2

Cure CMD is thrilled to announce the 2018-2019 International Research Grant Awards for LAMA2-CMD!

Research projects focused on LAMA2 have been awarded to:

Prof. Francesco Muntoni for one year of funding to explore the role of modifier genes in a mild MDC1A case associated with a loss of function mutation.

AND

Prof. Markus Ruegg for one year of funding to explore the efficiency for the treatment of LAMA2-CMD using linker proteins after disease onset.
